The Role:
The Planning & Technical Services Administrator will support the Technical Services and Planning team with the coordination and administration of aircraft maintenance activities. Reporting to the Technical Services Manager, this role is responsible for assisting with the creation and management of maintenance work packs, maintaining aircraft records and technical documentation, and supporting the planning function to ensure maintenance activities are completed efficiently and in accordance with regulatory requirements.
You will play a key role in ensuring accurate record-keeping and document control, supporting engineers and planning staff with day-to-day administrative activities. The role requires a high level of attention to detail and organisation to ensure aircraft records, compliance documentation, and maintenance data are maintained to the highest standards.

What You’ll Need:
- Previous administration or coordination experience is essential; experience within a technical or aviation environment would be advantageous
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy when handling documentation and records
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook
- A willingness to learn about aircraft maintenance planning and technical records management
