We are looking for an experienced and motivated B1 Licensed Engineer to join our high-performance team, helping us deliver outstanding aircraft maintenance with safety, quality, and precision at the core of everything we do.
Your Role at JMI:
Carry out line and base maintenance on Cessna Citation series aircraft (type ratings preferred but not essential).
Perform defect diagnosis, rectification, and component changes in accordance with CAA/EASA Part 145 standards.
Work as part of a collaborative and skilled team delivering to tight deadlines.
Complete accurate and compliant maintenance records and documentation.
Liaise with technical services, planning, and logistics to ensure aircraft are released on time and to standard.
Champion a clean, safe, and efficient working environment.
What You’ll Need:
CAA or EASA Part-66 B1.1 Licence (Cessna Citation type ratings highly desirable).
Previous experience on Citation CJ series, XLS or Latitude preferred.
Minimum of 3 years' experience in a Part 145 environment, preferably on business jets.
Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
Flexible, proactive, and safety-conscious mindset.
Eligibility to work in the UK.

We’re looking for a skilled and proactive CAT A Licensed Engineer to support our operations at Biggin Hill Airport, helping us deliver outstanding aircraft maintenance with safety, quality, and precision.
Your Role at JMI:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Planning & Technical Services Manager to support our fast-growing operation at Oxford Airport.
Your Role at JMI:
Manage the maintenance planning function and ensure the efficient flow of work packages from customer requests through to maintenance execution and record closure
Create and issue accurate work instructions to maintenance teams for cost-effective and timely completion
Oversee technical services, with potential to take on CAM responsibilities for the right candidate
Ensure all records and documentation meet internal and regulatory standards
Support the Maintenance Manager in delivering a structured, efficient and regulation-compliant operation
What You’ll Need:
Formal technical training with at least 5 years of hands-on aircraft maintenance experience
Previous experience in maintenance planning or technical services (essential)
Sound understanding of MSG-3 logic, aircraft maintenance programmes, and regulatory compliance
Strong commercial awareness and ability to assess the operational impact of maintenance decisions
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Eye for detail in reviewing technical data and documentation
Proficiency in Centrik, Microsoft Excel/Word, and Outlook
