Williams International Authorised Service Centre (ASC)
JMI is a Williams International Authorised Service Centre (ASC), providing FJ44 series engine line maintenance and support for Citation CJ1, CJ2, CJ3 and CJ4 aircraft.
Our comprehensive capabilities cover both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance events, including periodic and borescope inspections, on-wing diagnostics, engine removal and installation, loaner engine coordination, AOG support and mobile repair services. We also provide TAP Advantage Blue support and warranty management, including administration, processing and repair execution.
Line Maintenance & Routine Servicing
Periodic Inspections
Routine hourly, calendar and phase-interval inspections carried out in accordance with applicable aviation requirements and Williams International maintenance recommendations.
Borescope Inspections
Detailed inspections of compressor, combustor and turbine sections to assess and record conditions such as erosion, cracking and thermal degradation.
On-Wing Diagnostics
Minor adjustments, sensor calibration and software updates using Williams International’s Engine Maintenance Terminal (EMT) software.
Engine Removal & Installation (R&R)
Safe removal and installation of powerplants, including the coordination and integration of lease or loaner engines for Hot section, Overhaul or unscheduled events.
AOG (Aircraft on Ground) & Field Support
Mobile Repair Teams (MRT)
Rapid-response licensed engineers can be deployed with specialised fly-away kits to carry out emergency on-wing diagnostics and repairs.
