By accessing or using jmi-aero.com (“Site”) and/or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or services.

2. Your Use of the Site

  • You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in a way that infringes the rights of others.

  • We may suspend or terminate access to the Site or services at our discretion.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site (text, images, logos, graphics, etc.) is owned by JMI or its licensors and protected by copyright, trademarks, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without our permission.

4. Service Provision

  • We provide maintenance and engineering services, line base support, AOG, etc., for business aircraft (e.g. Cessna Citation, Dassault Falcon) as per our published service options.

  • We aim to perform services in accordance with relevant aviation/maintenance regulations (CAA / EASA Part-145 where applicable).

5. Pricing and Payment

  • Fees for services will be as quoted or agreed in advance.

  • Payment terms will be communicated and must be adhered to.

  • Late payments may incur interest or additional charges.

6. Limitations of Liability

  • We will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

  • Our liability for direct damages is limited to the amount paid by you for the relevant service.

  • We are not responsible for delays or damages caused by factors outside our control (force majeure, regulatory delays, parts supply issues, etc.).

7. Warranties and Disclaimers

  • We warrant that services will be provided with reasonable care and skill.

  • We make no warranty that the Site will be error-free or that access will be uninterrupted.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on the Site, and your continued use constitutes acceptance.
